Pajama, cookie, popcorn, movie party!

What a great way to end the week, before our Holiday Break! Everyone decorated sugar cookies to take home and enjoy. We, also, enjoyed watching a Mickey Mouse holiday movie with popcorn, candy canes, and juice. Everyone had so much fun!

Wow that's an impressive magnatile structure. Nice teamwork!

We used cupcake liners to make them into tree ornaments. Friends enjoyed decorating their trees with glitter glue, snowflake stickers, and pom poms!

 

We've been busy in our classroom!

Idalia working on letter recognition during quiet choice time. Her favorite letter to find was I!

Rory worked on a snowman counting, cutting, and number matching activity. In this activity friends had to count and match the number of buttons to the corresponding snowman! 

We've been busy here at school. Friends decorated ornaments for our classroom tree. Recently, friends in our class have enjoyed creating pearler bead projects...what focus!

Painting ornaments for our classroom tree!

During our morning art activity, friends helped paint ornaments for our classroom tree! They loved decorating and hanging their ornaments for friends to see!

 

Creating patterns during afternoon meeting

During afternoon meeting, we worked on patterns. Friends really enjoyed creating different colored patterns. Everyone got a turn to add a shoe to create the next part of the pattern. What a fun activity!
