| Today, at the library, we read books about elephants. |

| This morning, we painted with colored ice cubes. We thought this was fitting, given the weather. |

| Erna, talked about balancing and we explored the scales to see how many cubes it would take to level out the scale with a stuffed animal on the other side. We discovered that two of the three beanies were exactly the same. |
