Friday, April 30th

Harper, used a giant stick to carry around a bucket full of water.

Mae, used a stick to swirl and squish around the water in the puddle, looking for worms.

Ava, enjoyed pushing Morgan, on the swing during recess.

Harper, pushed Finley, during recess, too!

Margaret, Harper, and Connor, used the sticks to draw paths in the wood chips.

There was a lot of puddle splashing happening, today. Everyone had a blast jumping and splashing around!

Sorry Harper, you can't hide from the camera :)

Graham, and lots of other friends, enjoyed all the worms that came out during this rainy, Friday.

I am so proud of the Explorers and their desire to write their names, the alphabet, and numbers. Great work, everyone!

Tuesday, April 27th

Crosby and Harper L., colored a large branch using sidewalk chalk.

Lewyn, paddled her "boat" to some place warm for Ms. Crystal.

Marion and Morgan, used a tea set and giant tub to scoop, pour, and dump the sand.

The Explorers colored the giant feet on our playground.

Mira, used quiet choice time to draw a picture. My favorite part of this is the belly button :)

This week, we worked on identifying, tracing, and counting numbers. We used stickers as a way to count out the numbers.

These worksheets were a little different. They, also, used counting blocks as a way to count out the number.
