Pajama and Movie day!

We gathered for a picture of all of us together in our jammies. What a great day! We watched Elliot the Littlest Reindeer while we enjoyed popcorn, juice boxes, and candy canes. We took a little break in between to go outside and burn off some energy and then finished the movie while we ate lunch. Thank you for all of the thoughtful gifts for us teachers and the classroom. None of this would be possible without the support from our wonderful families. Happy holidays! See you next year!

Wednesday, December 1st

This week, we have began making decorations for our giving tree. We will continue to make them until our tree is filled with love! The last day before our holiday break, we will send them all home so you can add them to your own tree and enjoy them for the holidays.

We have been using our build your own tree and gingerbread man felt kits. The Explorers really enjoy creating them and then taking them apart and doing it all over again.

On Monday, we got to play in the snow for the first time as a whole class. They couldn't resist the urge to lay on their bellies and get a mouth full of fresh snow! While others had fun making snow angels and drawing in the snow with sticks.

Odin said to Greyson, "Draw a circle for me, Odin!"

Lila, stepped on something so she used her glove to unbury it to discover it was just a rock.

Building creations and story time!
