Tuesday, September 4th and Wednesday, September 5th

Tuesday morning, we practiced tracing our letters. Some were easier than others.

We also practiced making patterns on our new pattern sticks.

We finally made it outside in time to watch  the train go by our playground. It was so much fun waving to the train conductor as he went by, blowing the horn for us!

The Explorers and Discoverers worked together to make a bug habitat in this big bin. They collected centipedes, pill bugs and spiders.

Searching for Centipedes!

Eamonn made some delicious soup!

Lexi and Eamonn were working really hard in the mud kitchen.

This morning we made ramps using rain gutters and chairs. The cars go super fast down the plastic rain gutter!

Eamonn spilled some sand on the floor, so he went to the dramatic play area and got the vacuum to clean up his mess. If only it really worked!

A little water play on this hot day!
