A great way to get your kiddo to practice writing their name is to write it with a highlighter and have them trace it! |
We have been working on Valentine's Day projects over the last week and will continue to decorate our classroom with love. |
Charlie, working hard on her name tracing. |
Charlie, Clara, Evan and Tyler worked together to create a GIANT magna-tile tower. Nice teamwork! |
Clara, working on our "I love you to pieces" project. |
With the warm weather the last few days, it has left our playground a bit of a slush puddle. Everyone enjoyed splashing, scooping, shoveling and just walking through the water. |
Mira, very carefully glued her pieces around in a heart shape. |
Nora, enjoying her self a scoop of slush! |
We made windsocks for Valentine's Day. They look beautiful hanging in our cubby area! |
Evan was very happy to be standing in a giant slush puddle. |
Lexi, working on her windsock. |
Clara stayed busy scooping and throwing the water out of the hole she found. |
Today, we visited the Brownell Library for story time. We read about Penguins and talked about where they lived on the globe. |
Sometimes life just calls for a hug! |
We never just read at the Library, we sing and dance too! |
Logan worked on sorting his stickers by color. |
We talked about the letter P for Penguin and sorted items based on whether they started with P or not. Graham found an eye patch and thought he'd try it on! P is for Pirate! |
