Wednesday, April 21st

Crosby, enjoyed playing with the new sand slime that Ms. Amy made. It's made with very fine sand, glue, shaving cream and liquid starch.

Marion, was putting out a fire with the giant, fire truck. Nice work, Marion!

The Explorers had so much fun riding the big trucks up and down the ramp track that Lewyn, made.

Crosby, finished the barn puzzle during quiet choices.

Ms. Crystal, helped Dwyer, learn how to use a connect the dots page in the coloring books that were graciously donated from Connor's family.

We tried to wish away the snow by painting beautiful, Spring pictures.

We spent Monday and Tuesday, talking about Earth Day. We talked about how a lot people participate in Green-Up day, as a way to help keep our planet clean, which in turn makes sure our plants and animals are healthy and can grow properly. We used green (for the land) and blue (for the water) watercolor to paint "Earth" on a coffee filter.

Lewyn, made a tall house for her animals using the Magna-Tiles. She made a fancy, pointed roof using triangle shaped tiles.
